? What Causes This
Not using HE detergent or using too much detergent. Water hardness may also contribute.
✓ How to Fix It
- Allow the washer to continue the suds reduction routine.
- Use only HE detergent.
- Always measure detergent according to manufacturer's instructions and load size.
- Press WATER HARDNESS to change water hardness to 'soft'.
- Press POWER/CANCEL once to clear the code.
- Press POWER/CANCEL again to restart washer. If code appears again, call for service.
