Error Code Single Serve: Coffeemaker leaks when brewing single serve pods

Water is leaking from the single serve portafilter during brewing.

? What Causes This

1. Too much force applied to the lid after pod insertion. 2. Single serve portafilter not inserted properly. 3. Too much coffee poured into permanent single serve filter.

✓ How to Fix It

Press the coffee pod gently into the portafilter, place the lid over it, and insert into coffeemaker.
Remove portafilter, reinsert ensuring it locks at 90° angle.
Pour out excess coffee from the permanent single serve filter.
