Lid not properly aligned, closed, or locked; faulty lid sensor.

How to Fix It

  1. Open the lid completely.
  2. Ensure the SmartLid™ is properly aligned with the unit.
  3. Close and lock the lid securely until you hear a click.
  4. If the error persists, the lid sensor may be faulty. Contact customer service.
