? What Causes This
The original remote's signal was not received or was out of range when the user attempted to learn a command.
✓ How to Fix It
- Select the desired key again on the universal remote (as in Step 4 of learning).
- Point the original remote directly at the universal remote.
- Press and hold the target key on your device's remote for a few seconds, ensuring the signal is transmitted.
