Your washer is not draining. This can also mean that the unit senses a small clog while draining.
? What Causes This
Clogged drain hose, blocked debris filter, kinked drain line, or pump failure.
✓ How to Fix It
- Turn off the unit for 10 seconds and then turn it on again.
- Select the Spin Only cycle.
- Press the Start/Pause button to drain the water.
- If it still does not drain, call for service.
