Error Code Card Error

The Micro SD card is not functioning properly or is corrupted.

? What Causes This

SD card is damaged, corrupted, not formatted, or incompatible with the device.

Power off the dash cam.
Remove the SD card.
Insert the SD card back into the dash cam.
Navigate to Settings menu and select Format.
Confirm the formatting process.
If error persists, replace the SD card with a compatible one (Class 10 or above, up to 64GB).
