The device requires descaling. Lime scale has built up inside the machine and needs to be removed.

? What Causes This

After approximately 20 liters of water usage, lime scale accumulates in the heating system and internal pipes.

Remove the water tank and fill it with descaling solution (suitable for coffee/espresso machines) up to MAX.
Place a container (at least 500 ml) under the spout.
Turn on the device and hold the power button and espresso button for 5 seconds until 2 beeps sound.
Press the espresso button to start descaling.
The process takes about 15 minutes.
Empty the container periodically as solution flows out.
After descaling, perform rinsing phase with fresh water.
