DC/DC Low Voltage alarm — the battery voltage has fallen below the minimum operating threshold.
? What Causes This
Battery voltage too low: less than 9V for 12V systems or less than 18V for 24V systems. May also indicate incorrect DIP switch setting for battery voltage selection.
✓ How to Fix It
- For 12V systems: verify battery voltage is above 9V; for 24V systems verify voltage is above 18V.
- Check battery connections are secure and have no corrosion.
- Charge the battery using an external charger if voltage is too low.
- Verify DIP Switch 1 is correctly set for your system voltage (12V or 24V).
- If voltage remains low, the battery may be defective.
