Supplementary Protector CB1 has opened due to overload condition.

Cup Light Flashing (Repetitive - 2 cycles)

No pilot arc established possibly due to a loss of current. Repetitive flashing (two quick cycles, then one second pause) for 15 seconds or until torch trigger is pressed again.

Cup Light Flashing (Repetitive - 3 cycles)

Consumables in torch failed to separate during pilot arc possibly due to being stuck. Repetitive flashing (three quick cycles, then one second pause) for 15 seconds or until torch trigger is pressed again.

Cup Light Flashing (Steady)

No arc was established. Steady flashing for 15 seconds or until torch trigger is pressed again.

Cup Light On

Torch cup is loose or off.

E01

Overcurrent Protection — the unit has detected excessive current draw during cutting operation.

E02

Overvoltage Protection — the input voltage is outside the acceptable operating range.

Power Light Flashing

Input power is below 88 volts AC but has returned to normal.

Power Light Flashing (Repetitive)

Input power is below 88 volts AC with repetitive flashing pattern (two quick cycles, then one second pause).

Pressure Light Flashing (Repetitive)

Regulated pressure in the unit is high. Repetitive flashing pattern (two quick cycles, then one second pause) for 15 second period.

Pressure Light Flashing (Steady)

Regulated pressure in the unit is low. Steady flashing for 15 seconds or until torch trigger is pressed again.

Pressure Light On

No or low input pressure (below 40 psi / 276 kPa).

Temperature Light On

Power source overheated. Temperature sensor indicates unit has exceeded safe operating temperature.

Temperature Light On (Indefinitely)

Power source temperature sensors may have failed or unit cannot cool properly.
