Error Code Cup Light Flashing (Repetitive - 3 cycles)
Consumables in torch failed to separate during pilot arc possibly due to being stuck. Repetitive flashing (three quick cycles, then one second pause) for 15 seconds or until torch trigger is pressed again.

Electrode and tip are stuck together, preventing arc initiation.

- Turn off the unit.
- Remove and inspect torch.
- Clean or replace stuck consumables.
- Ensure electrode and tip are properly separated.
- Reinstall consumables and test.
