Drain hose extends more than 4.5" (114 mm) into standpipe, clogs in drain hose, or drain hose end is higher than 96" (2.4 m) above the floor.
✓ How to Fix It
- Check plumbing for correct drain hose installation.
- Use drain hose form and attach securely to drainpipe or tub.
- Do not tape over drain opening.
- Lower drain hose if end is higher than 96" (2.4 m).
- Remove any clogs from drain hose.
