Error Code F05 followed by E02

Door lock error — the washer door will not lock.

? What Causes This

Door not closing completely, items caught in door, or mechanical locking failure.

Touch POWER to cancel the cycle.
Check that the door is closed completely and latching properly.
Remove any items from the washer drum that may be preventing the door from closing completely.
Close door firmly.
If problem persists, call for service.
