Motor drive error — the motor is having difficulty turning the drum.

? What Causes This

Washer is tightly packed with too much laundry, or shipping materials have not been removed.

Remove some items from the washer to reduce load size.
Rearrange remaining items evenly in the drum.
Refer to 'Cycle Guide' for proper load size recommendations.
Check that all shipping materials have been removed per Installation Instructions.
If problem persists, call for service.
