Drain pump system error — the washer is unable to drain properly.
? What Causes This
Drain hose extends too far into standpipe (more than 4.5 inches), kinked/pinched/blocked drain hose, clogs in drain system, or improper drain hose installation.
✓ How to Fix It
- Check drain hose installation and ensure it is not kinked, pinched, or blocked.
- Remove any clogs from drain hose.
- Ensure drain hose does not extend more than 4.5 inches into standpipe.
- Use drain hose form and securely attach to drainpipe or tub.
- If drain hose end is higher than 96 inches above floor, lower it to proper height.
