Error Code LSO
Low speed motor step-out detected — indicates a problem with motor movement at low speeds.
? What Causes This
Improperly configured motor code, load is too heavy, external force on the load side causing movement, incorrect detection of motor magnetic pole position by drive, n8-84 (Initial Polarity Estimation Timeout Current) value is too low, incorrect settings in L8-93 to L8-95.
✓ How to Fix It
- Ensure correct motor code configuration - Decrease the load weight and replace with a larger capacity model if needed - Repair external issues causing uncontrolled movement on the load side - Set b3-01 = 1 [Speed Search at Start Selection] to aid in proper pole detection - Increase n8-84 setting and consult motor manufacturer for max values - Adjust settings in L8-93 to L8-95 as needed
