High Slip Braking Overload — excessive force on the motor preventing it from decelerating properly.

? What Causes This

Heavy load inertia, external force causing rotation of the motor, insufficient HSB overload time setting, high input voltage.

✓ How to Fix It

- Reduce deceleration times in C1-02, C1-04, C1-06, and C1-08 where possible - Increase HSB Overload Time or use a braking resistor to reduce deceleration period. - Adjust n3-08 setting if the input voltage is high.
