Power plug not plugged in securely, inner cooking pan not inserted correctly, or keep warm mode is active.
✓ How to Fix It
- Ensure power plug is firmly connected.
- Check that inner cooking pan is inserted correctly.
- Press CANCEL button if keep warm light is on.
- Verify outer lid is closed securely.
