How do I move the lower anchor connector assembly from rear-facing to forward-facing belt path?

To move the lower anchor connector assembly to the forward-facing belt path: (1) Raise the headrest to its highest level; (2) Lift the headrest pad up and out of the way; (3) Lift the seat pad off the front of the base; (4) Pull the lower anchor connector strap to the center of the seat; (5) Route the lower anchor connector strap out through the forward-facing belt path; (6) Reattach the seat pad. Make sure the strap does not interfere with internal harness straps and lies flat against the seat shell. (Page 39)
