How do I properly install the Evenflo 4-in-1 Car Seat using LATCH connectors in rear-facing mode?

First, ensure the lower anchor connector assembly is in the rear-facing belt path. Adjust the seat to one of three rear-facing recline positions so the level line is parallel to the ground. Attach the lower anchor/UAS connectors to the vehicle lower anchor bars until they lock on both sides. Tighten the strap by moving the handle back and forth until the seat is tight. Test for tightness—the restraint must not move more than 2.5 cm (1 in.) side to side or front to back. Never use the tether strap when rear-facing. (Pages 27-32)
