How do I properly wear the carrier before placing my baby in it?

Put the carrier on before placing your baby in it. Make sure the connector strap in the back is buckled securely. With the carrier in front of you, slip the carrier over your head. Buckle the waist belt securely with an audible click. Pull excess waist belt strap to remove all slack, then buckle both shoulder straps and tighten them by pulling on the excess strap.
