What are the weight and height requirements for using the Evenflo Pivot car seat rear-facing?

The rear-facing weight requirement is 1.8 - 18.1 kg (4 - 40 lbs) and the height requirement is 43 - 102 cm (17 - 40 in.), with the top of the child's head at least 2.5 cm (1 in.) or more below the top of the child restraint headrest. Once your child exceeds any of these size requirements, they must use the car seat in the forward-facing orientation, if possible. (Page 4, 26)
