Yes, the LiteMax Infant Car Seat can be installed using only the vehicle's seat belt. Place the car seat on the vehicle seat in the rear-facing position, route the vehicle's lap and shoulder belt through the designated belt guides on the car seat shell, buckle and tighten the belt to remove all slack, and ensure the car seat does not move more than one inch side-to-side or front-to-back at the belt path.
