How do I properly use the 5-point harness in the Evenflo Pivot?

Position the shoulder straps at or below the child's shoulder height, then bring the crotch panel up between the child's legs and fasten each buckle. Pull the shoulder straps to tighten the shoulder restraint and pull the waist restraint straps to tighten the waist. To loosen the shoulder straps, push up on the retainer while pulling down on the strap. (Page 16)
