What are the weight and height limits for rear-facing mode?

In rear-facing mode, children must weigh between 1.8–22.6 kg (4–50 lbs) and measure between 43–122 cm (17–48 in). The top of the child's head must be at least 2.5 cm (1 in) below the top of the car seat headrest or shell, and harness straps must be at or just below the child's shoulders. If your child exceeds any of these requirements and is less than 2 years old, you must discontinue use of this car seat. (Page 10)

How do I know if the seat is properly locked before driving?

The Seat Lock Indicator must show GREEN before driving — this confirms the seat is locked and safe for travel. When the seat is in the rotated loading/unloading position, the Seat Lock Indicator will be RED. The Revolve360 Slim must be locked whenever the vehicle is moving, as it is not designed to protect your child in a crash when unlocked. (Page 41)

How do I rotate the seat for loading and unloading my child?

Lift up on the Rotation Handle at either side of the headrest and turn the seat to the loading/unloading position — the Seat Lock Indicator will turn RED. Once your child is securely harnessed, rotate the seat back to either forward-facing or rear-facing based on your child's size and release the Rotation Handle until the Seat Lock Indicator turns GREEN. The rotated position is for loading and unloading only and must not be used while the vehicle is moving. (Page 40–41)

What recline angle should the seat be set to for rear-facing use?

For rear-facing installation, lift up on the Recline Adjuster and tilt the seat so the Recline Ball is in the correct zone: the White Zone for children weighing 1.8–9 kg (4–20 lbs) and the Black Zone for children weighing 9–22.6 kg (20–50 lbs). The ball must be completely within the appropriate zone and the vehicle must be on level ground. Failure to properly recline the car seat could increase the child's risk of death or serious injury, as infants may have difficulty breathing in an upright position. (Pages 11, 62)

What is the LATCH/UAS weight limit for this car seat?

Do not use the LATCH/UAS lower anchors when restraining a child weighing more than 15.9 kg (35 lbs) in rear-facing mode or more than 18 kg (40 lbs) in forward-facing mode — only use vehicle belt installation beyond these weights. You must never use both the LATCH/UAS connectors and the vehicle seat belts at the same time. Always use the tether strap with any installation method. (Pages 29, 74)

Can I use the Body Pillow and Head Pillow in forward-facing mode?

No — the Body Pillow and Head Pillow are for rear-facing use only and must not be used in forward-facing mode. Using them in forward-facing mode is explicitly prohibited per the forward-facing warnings. These optional accessories help support smaller infants only when the seat is in rear-facing orientation.
