Can a completely dead battery be recharged with this charger?

While the charger can attempt to recharge a deeply discharged battery, if the battery does not respond after multiple reconditioning cycles, it may be beyond recovery and may need to be replaced. The charger may automatically enter reconditioning mode if battery voltage is too low to initiate regular charging.
