How do I troubleshoot the wireless charging function?

Make sure the Wireless Charging Button has been pressed to activate the function. Place the appliance in the center of the Wireless Charging Pad for maximum efficiency. Verify the unit has a full charge. Some appliances may not be compatible with this wireless charging pad, so consult your device's manual. The wireless charging will automatically shut down after 3 minutes if no appliance is detected. (Page 7)
