What does it mean when the LED indicator lights are blinking?

When the battery is low, the indicator lights will blink, and the gamepad will be unusable until charged. During charging when not in use, the four indicator lights will flash slowly, and while using the gamepad during charging, the LED will flash slowly to indicate it is charging.
