How do I set the Timer to automatically turn the unit on and off?

Press the Timer button to initiate the ON time sequence, then press the Temp up or down button multiple times to set the desired on-time, and point the remote at the unit and wait 1 second to activate. Repeat the process pressing Timer again for the OFF time sequence. Timer increments increase by 30 minutes per press up to 10 hours, then by 1 hour per press up to 24 hours, and the timer resets to 0.0 after 24 hours. (Page 10 / Page 27)
