FERROLI is not responsible for improper product selection. Climate is designated exclusively for household use, residential apartments, offices, workshops, and not for industrial, commercial premises, places exposed to movement and use in parts with extreme conditions and strong chemical contamination.

Technical documentation and warranty card at the invoice will be kept in the place of device installation.

The average service life of the device is 12 years.

The CERTIFICATION GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE confirms the quality of FERROLI products, limited only to material defects and manufacturing defects made by the manufacturer, deciding on repair or free delivery of parts with manufacturing defects. Free replacement of defective parts is provided only if repair is impossible or disproportionate. Performance during the mentioned period is guaranteed under proper assembly and operation in accordance with technical instructions. Any non-compliance resulting from their failure to comply with belongs entirely to the responsibility of the user.

In the event of a defect resulting from improper maintenance or conservation of the device, the beneficiary bears full financial responsibility for both the mentioned parts and repairs as well as costs associated with the device.

Air conditioning units cannot be a single heating source due to thermal limitations for external and internal temperatures.

To benefit from the warranty granted in this period, in case of each intervention, call exclusively authorized FERROLI Poland service companies against any reason. The product loses the FERROLI Poland warranty through unauthorized service units, provided that the work is performed as well as during the warranty period as after the warranty period. Warranty is granted on the condition of compliance with the CERTIFICATION GUARANTEE and attached technical documentation in accordance with applicable regulations.

Installation and operation at temperatures below 0°C

i) Inadequate air measurement leading to poor working conditions j) Device damage as a result of fires or climate-related causes, atmospheric and other conditions k) Complete or partial failure of the device l) Worn parts or components replaced with original or non-original parts not provided by FERROLIP Poland
