What should I do if the controller cannot connect?

Make sure the back gear is in the correct position, then press and hold the button for three seconds until the indicator flashes quickly, indicating the controller has entered pairing mode. For dongle issues, unplug and replug the receiver into the USB port. For Bluetooth issues, unpair the device in Bluetooth settings, toggle Bluetooth off and on, then reconnect. (Page 8)
