How do I program my remote using direct code entry?

Hold down the SETUP button until the red indicator stays lit (about 4 seconds), then release it. Press the desired device button (TV, DVR, CBL, DVD, SAT, AUX), and enter the 4-digit code from the code list using the number buttons. If the code is valid, the red indicator will turn off.
