How do I program the remote using Direct Code Entry?

Turn on the device manually, then press and hold SETUP until the red indicator stays on (about 4 seconds). Press and release the desired device button (TV, DVR, CBL, DVD, SAT, AUX), then enter the 4-digit code from the code list. If the code is valid, the red indicator will turn off. (Page 7)
