How do I set up the Master Volume function?

Hold SETUP until the red indicator stays lit, then press the device button (TV, DVR, etc.) you want to control volume for. Press and release MUTE, then press and release VOL+. The red indicator will blink twice and turn off. Test by switching to another device mode and confirming the volume still changes on your selected device.
