How does the Master Volume feature work and how do I enable it?

The Master Volume feature lets you assign volume control to one specific device (such as an audio receiver) regardless of which device mode the remote is in. To enable it, hold SETUP until the red light stays on, press the desired device button, press MUTE, then press VOL+. The red indicator will blink twice and turn off. (Page 11)
