How do I pause or cancel a wash cycle on my dishwasher?

To pause a cycle, slowly open the door. To restart or resume the cycle, close the door and press the Start Cancel button. To completely cancel a wash cycle, press and hold the Start Cancel button for 3 seconds. The dishwasher will drain and display a 60-second countdown, then emit a beep and enter standby mode.
