What is the Sanitize or Wash Temp Sani option and how does it work?

The Sanitize option raises the water temperature in the final rinse to sanitize your dishware and may increase cycle time by up to 60 minutes, depending on inlet water temperature. This option is monitored for sanitization requirements and will modify the cycle to meet NSF 184 requirements for soil removal and sanitization. If the cycle is interrupted or if incoming water temperature is too low for adequate heating, sanitization conditions may not be met.
