Is it safe to add a forgotten dish after the dishwasher has already started?
Yes, a forgotten dish can be added any time before the main wash begins. Push the door latch to the left, wait for the water to calm, then open the door — be aware that steam may rise out. After adding the dish, close the door and push the latch to the far right to resume the cycle. (Page 13)
