What water temperature does the GSD3100 dishwasher require for effective cleaning?

The entering water must be at least 120°F and not more than 150°F for effective cleaning and to prevent dish damage. You can check the water temperature using a candy or meat thermometer by running hot water from the nearest faucet into a glass until the temperature stops rising. If the temperature is below 120°F, raise your water heater temperature or use the HOT START option. (Page 11)
