How do I remove spots and filming from glasses and flatware?

Use Jet-Dry® rinse agent to remove spots and prevent new film build-up. For stubborn spots and pre-existing film, remove all metal utensils, select the longest cycle without detergent, let it run for 18 to 22 minutes until the main wash, then pour 2 cups of white vinegar into the bottom and allow the cycle to complete.
