Is it safe to wash all plastic items in the GSM2100 dishwasher?

Do not wash plastic items unless they are marked dishwasher safe or the equivalent. For plastic items not marked as dishwasher safe, check the manufacturer's recommendations before placing them in the dishwasher. Light plastic items should be loaded securely so they cannot become dislodged and fall to the bottom, where they could come into contact with the heating element and be damaged. (Pages 7, 14)
