How do I properly insert the oven racks?

The wire rack can be inserted at five different levels. Always push accessories in fully so they do not touch the door panel. The flat rack has a stop that will prevent it from coming completely out—grasp firmly on both sides, insert the rack, tilt it up to allow the stop into the rack guide, bring it to horizontal position, and push the rest of the way in.
