How do I perform the initial cleaning of the ice maker?

Press and hold the 'Clean' button for 3 seconds to initiate the cleaning cycle. The 'Cleaning' indicator will light up while the unit circulates water for a few minutes. After the cycle completes, drain the water by unhooking the drain tubes at the back of the unit and replace the drain plugs. (Page 1 — Setup Instructions)
