First, unbox the unit and place it on a level, stable surface near a grounded electrical outlet. Remove the ice bin and fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the 'Max Fill' line. Press and hold the 'Clean' button for 3 seconds to initiate the cleaning cycle, then drain the water by unhooking the drain tubes at the back and replacing the drain plugs. Finally, plug the unit into a grounded outlet and press the 'Power' button to begin ice production.
