How do I properly install the Graco All One Car Seat base using LATCH?

Remove LATCH from storage and extend to maximum length. Place base in vehicle seat, route LATCH through the belt path, hook connectors firmly to vehicle lower anchors, slide base back until it contacts seat back, then tighten by pushing down on center of base and pulling the adjustment belt free end. Test for secure installation by checking that base does not move more than 1 inch in any direction.
