What are the height and weight limits for the Graco All One Car Seat in rear-facing mode?

In rear-facing mode with base, the car seat is certified for children from 4-40 lbs (1.8-18 kg). The top of the child's head must be at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) below the top of the head support. Some children approaching 40 lbs may be too tall to fit safely in rear-facing position.
