How do I attach the front wheels to the stroller?

Snap the front wheels onto the stroller until you hear a click. After attaching, check that the wheels are securely attached by pulling on the wheel assemblies. You must also remove and immediately discard the protective end cap from each front leg, as these are a choking hazard. (Page 10)
