How do I properly recline the seats on the Graco Duoglider?

For the rear seat: Lift the wire and pull back to recline, or lift the wire and push the seat up to raise it. For the front seat: Pull the tabs out and pull back to recline, or push the seat up to raise it. Make sure your child's head, arms, and legs are clear of moving parts when adjusting. (Page 19)
