How do I properly store the pressure washer to prevent damage?

Store the pressure washer in a dry, covered area where weather cannot damage it, and in a frost-free location. Before storing, empty all water from the hoses, pump, and detergent container. The high-pressure hose can be rolled and hung on the cord arm, or wound onto the hose reel by fixing one end to the left holder, turning the crank handle clockwise, and attaching the other end to the right holder when fully wound. Use of a pump saver will give better performance and increase machine life. For winter protection, consider using a pump protector to prevent freezing and seal drying. (Pages 23-24)
