Can I lubricate or grease the rail on my Handicare 1100?
No — do not apply any lubricant or grease to the rail under any circumstances. The Handicare 1100 uses a friction drive system, and applying lubricant will interfere with its operation. After a while, the wheels may leave marks on the rails, which is normal. (Page 6)
