What should I do if the fan does not move or operate?

First, make sure the reverse switch is engaged by pushing it firmly either up or down — the switch must be set completely UP or DOWN for the fan to function. Check that power is on and the fuse is not blown. If these don't work, turn power off, loosen the motor housing, and check all wire connections for faults.
